Connecting needs a verified company, and our team checks once that the board belongs to you, so no one else can import your jobs.
Jobs stay in sync
New and edited jobs sync every 3 hours, and jobs you close in your ATS close here. Candidates apply through your ATS as usual.
A synced job goes live once it has a salary range and your plan has a free live-job slot. The rest wait as drafts and go live on the next sync after that is fixed.

Applications flow in
New applications, status changes and withdrawals arrive within seconds — with the candidate's contact details and résumé link. Failed deliveries retry for about 8 hours.
