Make AI hiring about skills, not keywords
We believe the job market is broken in a specific, fixable way: too much noise, too little signal. Candidates spend hours on applications that vanish into silence. Employers wade through hundreds of résumés that match on keywords and nothing else.
TensorHunt fixes the signal problem. Our matching AI compares your skills, experience and education with each job and scores the fit from 0 to 100%, so both sides spend their time on matches that make sense.

Each of these is how the product works today.
Pay is part of the job
Every job needs a salary range before it goes live. If an employer hides it, we still tell you whether it meets your minimum.
Listings are moderated
Jobs from employers we haven't verified are reviewed by our team before they go live, and you can report any listing that looks wrong.
Your details stay yours
Employers message you through TensorHunt. They never see your email or phone number, and your résumé only goes to jobs you apply to.
Closed jobs come down
When a role is filled or closed it comes down straight away, and listings past their deadline are removed within the hour.
We never sell your data
We never sell your data. Employers only see what you choose to show them, and you can hide your profile from search at any time.
Free for job seekers
Browsing, applying, match scores and job alerts cost nothing. Employers pay to post; you never do.
