Who can join?

How much do I earn per referral?
10% of your referral's first successful subscription payment. It's a one-time bonus, not a recurring cut of future payments.
When do I actually get paid?
Once your referral completes their first successful payment, the commission shows as "pending" on your dashboard. Our team reviews and processes payouts manually.
Does the referred person need to become an employer?
Yes — commissions are earned when your referral signs up and subscribes to a paid employer plan. Referred job seekers don’t generate a commission on their own.
What does the company I refer get?
$30 off their first payment. It's applied automatically when they subscribe; there's no code to enter. Your commission is 10% of what they actually pay.
How long does my link count for?
If someone follows your link and signs up within 90 days in the same browser, the signup is yours. If they follow someone else's referral link after yours, the most recent link gets the credit.
Can I earn on my own company?
No. Payments from a company you own or work for don't earn a commission, even if its account was created through your link.
How is this different from the TensorHunt partner program?
The affiliate program is open to everyone and pays once per referred employer. The partner program is for agencies, technology companies and communities: it needs an application, pays a share of client payments for a longer period, and includes a listing in our partner directory.
