Common questions
Who can become a partner?
Recruiting agencies and consultancies, HR and developer tool companies, and bootcamps, universities and tech communities. If you work with companies that hire AI and engineering talent, apply.
How does the revenue share work?
Employers who sign up through your client link become your clients and get $30 off their first payment. You earn 20% of each successful payment they make during the 12 months after their first payment, calculated on what they actually pay. Refunded payments don't earn.
When do I get paid?
Each share shows as "pending" on your dashboard as soon as the client pays. Our team processes payouts manually and marks them paid.
Can my own company be a client?
No. Payments from a company you own or work for don't earn a revenue share.
How is this different from the affiliate program?
The affiliate program is open to anyone with a TensorHunt account, needs no application, and pays 10% of a referred employer's first payment, once. The partner program is for organisations: it needs approval, pays on every client payment for 12 months, and includes a directory listing.
