1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TensorHunt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post false or misleading information, scrape or harvest data without permission, use automated tools to interact with the platform, harass or harm other users, circumvent security measures, or use TensorHunt for unlawful purposes.
4. Employer Obligations
Employers agree to post only genuine job opportunities, comply with all applicable employment laws, not discriminate on protected characteristics, and respond to applicants in a timely manner. TensorHunt has a no fee policy for job seekers. Charging applicants for training, equipment, or application processing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of the offending job listing and suspension of the employer account.
5. Fees, Renewals and Price Changes
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. We may change the price of a plan. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect, and the new price applies from your first renewal on or after that date. You can change or cancel your plan at any time before then; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Single-post purchases are one-time payments and do not renew, unless you choose automatic renewal at checkout. In that case we charge the card you paid with, at the single-post price then in effect, about one day before each period ends, until you turn renewal off in My jobs or a payment fails. Turning it off stops future charges; the current period is not refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
TensorHunt and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant TensorHunt a license to display and use it to operate the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
TensorHunt is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the fees paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms at any time, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, or the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
